I'd like to start this thread off by saying, these are simply my opinion, whether you insist on joining the server or not isn't my problem. (also thanks Nathan for letting me post this)
The following content is supported by my (or others) experiences with these servers.

To summarize what was mentioned in the thread, OfficerWade was a ex- Senior Administrator on the server. He goes on and elaborates on how he was treated as a slave, and after he resigned, he was threatened , ddosed, and abused (they threatened his family too)

ValidHCF ( credits, me and most ex-managers )

I know I was the manager on the server, which makes it even better for me to expose them for being money hungry, hypocrites, and unprofessional.
I have worked closely with the former owner, Discarding, since the first ever map release of ValidHCF. ( I was the only staff member that stuck with him for so long ) I worked my hardest to please him, working my way from Trial-Mod to Admin, to Media-Manager, then eventually Manager. I resigned 2 weeks ago because the amazingly professional owners, Java and Eman really loved to pick on Asians and talking shit behind their backs.
Over the 6 months or so, I have donated almost a hundred dollars to the network.

Recently, (last Saturday) I was blacklisted for the most professional reason only professional people can provide, here is the masterpiece :

Here's a rundown of what happened. ValidHCF promised the community a SOTW at 1pm EST , but delayed it till 4pm EST. Being asian, that was 1-4AM in the morning. I was pretty pissed, so I went into discord and said " Valid announces SOTW at 1am. For those wanting to get a good claim can log on at 6am and still get a good claim" After I reconsidered my actions and closed it up with a "jk" , "valids the best". Cian the hypocrite thinks thats talking thrash.

Here's a rundown about Valid. Valid has had major reputation issues. Starting from, delaying SOTWs for days, sometimes weeks. Cian was also exposed for having a booter and hitting people off, the staff team then was forced to help calm down the community ( cian never told anyone if he really did do such a thing)
A bit later, Valids database was breached and leaked.

Another server which had a banner on mcm, now I got banned for no given reason and the owner said i got banned for raiding someones skyblock island or botting, now I had two bots on which were mining for me and this had not been a problem for several days, however that doesn't matter.

Basically, a professional manager, a friend of mine, lol, was recently scammed by xyful , the owner of MineCharge, off lol's management services. Here's a rundown:

So, it all started with lol making a deal with Xyful / Futurize about lol managing his server for $25 a week. https://gyazo.com/e3cd38da5fba6c45b219de5d8d279507
It then went on and lol got in contact with several faction leaders, youtubers etc. Please note here that he was extremely picky and wouldn't pay the price for youtubers. It then got to the first release, but it was pushed back and lol was fine with that. lol then contacted him asking if he was going to pay lol anytime soon, and he told lol: "Can you have iWulf come on and record a review video as part of his partnership? I can send payment after that."

lol then did just that and waited a couple days to contact him again, but he then started to refuse to pay lol since lol apparently had done nothing, which was a lie. lol told him that lol would be fine with $15 since lol couldn't really be bothered to argue, lol just wanted to get paid and move on. (Take notice that lol has worked for 14+ days at this point and the deal was $25 a week.) It then got to release, and lol told him that lol couldn't be on since lol was out with friends, but the next day (The release was about 9-10 pm for me.) at around 6-7 am, lol discovered that he had taken away lol's roles, which I told him that it was pretty scummy to do and lol was still expecting pay. He then went on to talk about how lol did nothing and how lol wasn't on to release, which was only 6-7 hours prior and lol told him that lol couldn't be on for release, however, could have been on for release if it had been at the date that he told lol when lol was hired. lol then went on and was like: "Okay, I'm telling my fellow faction leaders and youtubers, not to play or upload videoes for him." I then discovered when I came on MCM, that lol got a neg rep after he scammed lol and banned me from his discord. The rep was apparently made because lol spammed his discord server, which again lol was banned from and him calling lol a boy when he never spoke to me. He then talked to another manager and continued to spread lies about lol, telling him bad stuff behind lol back again after HE SCAMMED lol. ( I'm sorry for the extremely hard to read text, I simply copied and edited what he/she sent me )

There's quite a few reasons, probably more than I can remember. I've been playing the server since like 2013/14. Starting off with the player base, they used to be able to get around 5000-6000 players, now they're lucky to get 2000-2500, which I would bet money on is spoofed anyways. Pretty much all the minigame player counts are spoofed don't believe me, here's some proof. For example, here's the Champion Builder server:

always locked at 50, despite never having anyone playing it.

The server is also pretty much mainly focused on only Factions, as it makes the most income. Minigames are heavily neglected and haven't received any big updates in a long time. The subservers have various issues as well, a lot of them are unbalanced or unfair to new players (has kind of gotten better with kitpvp, but is still severely tipped in the favour of donators). Even factions has issues, with constant overlooked staff abuse and much much more. Top factions have been repeatedly caught breaking rules regarding buffer limits and using raid detectors, however they were never once punished for it. I myself have witnessed one of the top factions using raid detectors when I was a moderator looking into the Factions chaos. There was even an admin there to witness the entire thing, however they were never punished (probably because half the members of that faction are staff members and that faction alone made for like 20-40% of the total income from factions). I had a few hour long videos of me raiding them with another faction to expose them, however I deleted them a few months back because I was demoted and didn't really care for it anymore.

Next off is the staff team, starting off with the owners. The main owner alex_markey is super inactive and only really comes on to check things every so often which is once in a blue moon. In my ~4 years playing here I'm pretty sure I've only ever actually seen vislo (the second owner) 8-10 times, however can't really diss him too much as he does most of the work behind the scenes and never really takes credit for it.
For some reason, with the staff team it always seems that the higher you get, the more inactive you become. Most of the time you only see Helpers online, sometimes even Mods on a rare occasion. SrMod and above is like a once in a lifetime thing, and they seem to always be in /vanish even when they are online and they never talk. There's a few good staff there who I've made close friends with, but most of the team is composed of younger people who aren't very experienced with the server, if at all. Also going to mention that some new staff are also generally rude, immature and unprofessional. To get an idea, here's an example of what the staff is like nowadays:

There was one ex-staff who basically exposed the entire staff team on his wall, but he's blacklisted now and his Enjin account was banned so I can't really show his evidence here unfortunately.
They've lost a lot of the better staff now, because of demotions or just them resigning. They've even recently lost 2 of their best admins who resigned. Here's some of the stuff they had to say:

There's all I could find for now for that. Moving on.

They've made a lot of bad business decisions that led to the fall of the server, with one of the most notable probably being the disbanding of the Developer Team, which is by far one of the stupidest things I've ever seen happen. From what I've heard so far, it was disbanded because one of the developers were leaking code, and they couldn't find out who so they decided to just disband the entire team as well. However I am pretty sure that this was happening due to the owners refusing to give the developers any credit for their work (they were also never paid). As you can see instead of trying to resolve the issue they're just trying to push it away. Especially for something as important as a developer team you would think they would put in at least some effort to keep it going, but of course they didn't.
Don't know what to say for this picture but just felt like I should add it anyways.

That's all the time I have for right now and all that I'm willing to put in regarding MCC, hope that gives you somewhat of an understanding of what I mean. If you want more proof, just join the server or spend a few hours browsing the forums, you'll catch on pretty fast.

Pretty much some friends ETB'd them and opped me and I deopped myself so instead of actually reading the console and seeing I did nothing they went straight to banning me ingame and banning me in TS for trying to tell them that. Completely unprofessional network.
