It is nice that you tried, however some may still scam even if the payment and everything was done a month ago such as a self destruct Minecraft build. Additionally, with PayPal's ability to chargeback still there there's no telling what could happen in the future from one transaction.
Even the most reliable person can exit-scam, a list like this would make them trust people blindly and stop thinking for themselves
If we as staff members were to make a list, people would hold McM as a site/company responsible if any of that list turned out to be false
Barring the above, it is impossible to tell for all people whether or not they are reliable. Only the very longest-selling services would even be possible to assess. Anyone new would not be considered in favor of the list, and would therefore have increased trouble getting jobs
There is no set of criteria that would be fair to everyone. A group of people would always be left out for no other reason than that the specific criteria either do not apply to them or put them in a bad light.
I could also go on about staff bias etc etc. All in all, this is not going to happen. You are going to have to think for yourself. I know that's annoying, but it's the only way you can avoid being scammed.
I've got a set of rules I myself follow, and as long as I follow them I don't get scammed. The only times I have gotten scammed was when I broke those rules.
Check the wiki. Think about it yourself. We cannot and will not do the thinking for you
This would de-fame all other users on this market, since most people, of course, would go with the trusted people.
