Minecraft shared server host in Gravelines with 10GBPS port and >300GBPS DDoS Protection

Hi, I'm looking for a host in Gravelines with a 10GBPS port and >300GBPS DDoS Protection,
we will use your host as a dedicated BungeeCord proxy for our network (Arier Network). We would also like a dedicated IP address for the server.

I'm also okay with the datacenter of your hosting being <= 75 miles from Gravelines

I did find one, Immortal Hosting, yet the issue is that their cpanel is offline.

1.) Why do you need a 10Gbps port for a BungeeCord server?
2.) What is your budget for a 10Gbps port?

My OpenVZ VPS are in Gravelines, FR but come with a 250Mbps port.

2) Actual >300Gbps DDoS protection runs quite expensive. What's your budget on this?
