My name is Jack but most people know me as my in game name, Migironi. I am offering my building service today and giving out free quotes for anyone who is interested in a spawn from me. I am a fairly new builder so my prices are quite cheap, and I take time with the builds and be very precise as I am trying to get better and better and my building quality.
Builds take many hard hours of work, ranging from 12 hours, to a week. If builds are taking quite a while then please remember that it only takes that long because we try to be as detailed and as careful as possible.
When we sort out a reasonable price, we then ask for a 20% payment before we build just as a trust fund, and we then start getting too work.
If you would like a build then you can either ask for a quote and tell us down below in the comments section, what you would like (The more detail, the better), and we will respond as quick as possible to negotiate a price. You can also leave your budget with your quote.
