what i want the plugin to do is to create a war system where at certain times of the week players will be able to visit other random player islands and raid them.
a special portal will spawn at the hub that will teleport the players
the players can only raid chests and will not be able to destroy islands of other players.
players can only raid when they are high enough island level
the raiders will not be able to raid protected chests that players can buy.
the raid will only last for a few minutes.
