The launcher hasn't worked for about 3 months and I sort of want to play it now. When I click it nothing appears, but it's on the tab which means it's open I guess? I've tried deleting all the files and redownloading it, but that didn't work. I tried using the repair feature minecraft has. If anyone has a suggestion then tell me.

Have you tried changing the version of minecraft it might also be another program on your computer that is preventing it from opening make sure everything that has something to do with minecraft is deleted? Idk but whenever stuff don't work I just delete everything

Also if that doesn't work I would just save personal stuff onto a USB and factory reset your computer but you might not want to do that
