++Minecraft uniqe MMORPG++ looking for people to join our Team

  For a long time Ive had this world stuck in my head and for a long time Ive wanted to create a server so i though it would be a good idea to create it in minecraft so for the past 7 month Ive been working on and off on this personal project of mine to try and make this dream become a realty. Me and my team are looking to expand out and invite people to become part of the team.
  
  
  this server im making is a massive undertaking as we plan to make it the best MMORPG that minecraft has ever seen with a rich in depth world full of place to explore and deep exciting lore to get your head stuck into, we plan on having feature and unique plugins that no other server has that will make your experience as a player in this world like no other.
  
  
  So i extend my hand out as a invitation to everybody and offer people the chance to become part of not only the team but part of this incredible journey we are on. Below will be some picture of some of the world , some of the information you may need and the roles we are looking to fill.

  Builder:
  
  this role we need as many people as possible to help with building the structures and environment of the server, if you have the drive , creativity,and the willingness to build then we would love to have you on our team, also team work is a big part of this role and would help you out a lot.we also wanted committed people who are willing to put the time in to help build this dream.
  
  
  Build Leader:
  
  this role is taking smaller groups of builders and making sure everything is going smoothly and building is going well, also organising what happening withing your team. As well as all the other skill required of a regular build team member.
  
  
  Architect:
  
  This role you'll be working closely tougher with me and helping me plan how the environment looks and structures and helping me get the world out of my head and on to the server. as well as all the other requirement of the other builder roles.

What's the server actually about? Like you said it's an MMORPG, your dream and stuff like that but there's a lot of REALLY good MMORPG's projects out there, what makes yours so unique? What's the idea behind it?
