We're currently looking for a Web developer who can make us a Minecraft voting website. The website needs to include front-end and back-end development which will include:
HomePage - At the top of the homepage, will be the sponsored servers which can be purchased for X amount of days. There will be 5 slots, each one costing the same amount and is priced per day. If all 5 slots are sold, you will go into a waiting list for yours to go next.
Below the Sponsored server is the normal Minecraft server list, showing all servers and the following information: Server Status (Online/Offline), Server Name, Server Banner, Server Owner, Server Description.
Contact Us - A ticket system in which users can post tickets for us to respond, this will be for purchase problems etc, if you wish, a sort of help desk.
My Servers (Login) - Login form, Register link and Forget Password link.
My Servers (Panel) - Once logged in, the account can buy Premium (And Sponsored slots) for one of his servers which will: Add 100 votes at the start of the month to their server, give them a colored background, star the server to show it is premium and a larger server title + larger text (Description etc). This is charged once: 30 days - Full Price. 90 days - 5% off. 180 days - 10% off. 365 days - 15% off.
Editing/Adding/Removing servers to the list, changing the password and posting support tickets in Contact us.
Admin Panel - This will only be given to owners, so this should be able to: Remove/Add premium to certain servers, remove servers from the listing, add/remove sponsored servers and edit the waiting list order (Remove/Add and set the servers place in the waiting list), remove/add accounts to the website, give accounts admin access and general stats about the website.
Payment Methods - The website needs to have some form of payment method (Stripe and PayPal preferably) allowing the user to pay for the upgrades. This should either be external to the website or internal, however, if both should notify the website and should AUTOMATICALLY give the user the perk(s).
Automation - This system needs to be as automated as possible, so we can concentrate on Advertisement and feature updates. This includes applying perk(s), accepting purchases, uploading servers, uploading the sponsored slots, applying the monthly rewards to the server who are 'premium'.
This will require a lot of work and effort, please do not apply if you can not put this effort in. You must have a portfolio to show us and have high coding standards.

NOTE: This doesn't need to be a perfect time, just a rough idea. We have a rough budget of 200-300$ (More for advertisement etc) although would like as close to 200 as possible. We can expand upon this budget, but if you can't do it for a reasonable price, please do not reply.

Data will be stored in MongoDB/MySQL, this will be the developers choice.
We don't have much of a preference on the design of the website, all we need is a simplistic (easy to use for the user, neutral colors so the server ads stand out instead of the website background etc, responsive to other browsers and easy to change (EG. Changing prices for the website to allow sales etc)
