So, I'm playing on a super old moniter and it's square. when I put it in full screen it cuts off the sides and half my axe or sword of what ever cuts off. I can fix it by resizing it to a rectangle every time I open it but can someone help me keep it full screen and not make it zoomed in or tell me the resolution I need to make it rectangle? I can't find it out. Please help!

Edit: My resolution of my screen is 1280x1204 and I changed it to 1280x800 and it's rectangle now but half my screen on the top and bottom is cut off lol

Just set your FOV to max if it's not already. This should increase the likelihood of everything fitting without changing your screen resolution.

Makes blocks smaller, not tools and all that, plus it looks like people hit me from 20 blocks away.[DOUBLEPOST=1469035887][/DOUBLEPOST]Changed MC resolution to 1280x800 and set my screen back to 1280x1204, testing now.

Try FOV 70 (Normal) incase your old FOV was lower than it should have been before. Everything else seems fine.

FOV is already normal.[DOUBLEPOST=1469036014][/DOUBLEPOST]Fixed resolution size to fit, but can I make it take up the whole screen and not be small?

Does this happen while you are not in fullscreen? Try windowed fullscreen.
No, if I fix resolution to where it's not fullscreen and it's a rectangle not a square it fixes it, but I still don't like having it not take up the full screen if that makes sense? I will gyazo it in a min[DOUBLEPOST=1469036265][/DOUBLEPOST]When I resize it to 720 pixels vertically it's fine. https://gyazo.com/330f3f166a9ca195ae12624b02270513

When I leave it full screen it's not. https://gyazo.com/85a78d7dd3bd020779ca9f86380844c4

Hmmm. Experiment with resolutions, find what's best.
Already did, I got it all good but I don't want giant gaps on the top and bottom of my screen where MC isn't taken up if you know what I mean? I want it full screen and not zoomed in.

You may have to just go lower resolution. The gaps mean your resolution chosen is probably incompatible. Try more, try to find your monitor's resolution limit.
