Hmm, the only place I saw the "20 years" number was in that meme video you linked. I even tried searching key words with "20 years" in quotes on google but found nothing.

It says there is a "$100,000 bond", mentions the charges, but doesn't say "20 years".

The only "20 years" sentence for this I could find is for that guy whose swatting resulted in someone getting killed.
