Hello guys, so I've been on the ultimate plan on buycraft for about 2 months now and it's quite expensive to be fair. I found an alternative called minecraftmarket but from what I've seen it doesn't seem to be as professional as buycraft.

Would it be worth me moving to minecraftmarket to save me £23/month?

Also, is there a payment limit on minecraftmarket? For example, Buycraft only allows 7.5k/month

It doesnt say anything about a limit on their site. But if you were making enough money for a limit to be reached. You more than likely would have more than enough funds to upgrade to their enterprise plan.

Why change it up, if Buycraft is working don't change it. Either go custom or stick with Buycraft. Don't fix what ain't broken boy

Well it's not "changing it up" if they are essentially the same thing, but one being a one time payment of £15

If that's the case why didn't you just do it? You could've saved some time and not made this thread.

The only features that I can think that minecraftmarket doesn't have is the "team accounts" - which they said they are being worked on.

Is buycraft really worth £23 a month when there there's a 95% equivelant competitor for just a down payment of £15 is my question. Fair enough minecraftmarket doesn't have all the special features that buycraft has, but given the price point, isn't it worth it?

The team feature is already available in the enterprise plan I believe. Given the price of minecraftmarket yes it is worth but if you are able to pay for the cost of ultimate on buycraft per month I would highly recommend that as most people (as said above) are more used to buycrafts methods when purchasing ranks than other sites.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by "buycraft method", because I've just visited one of the stores that is hosted by minecraftmarket to see how different purchasing would be, it's literally the same?

Honestly, I've been a user of both. I would recommend MinecraftMarket as they basically have the same features + look as buycraft. I think buycraft is a bigger company meaning they have more money & time developing the panel. If you have the money you might aswell go with Buycraft, Though, soon I think MinecraftMarket will be bigger as it is one of the only competitors to Buycraft and with time it would easily pass it. It's really a 'which do you want' situation as they both do the same thing & if buycraft have a feature MinecraftMarket will probably try and get a feature similar, (vice versa) Pick whichever one you want because I don't think it will impact the amount of money your server will get.

Buycraft
Pros
  • Faster response times.
  • Faster support.
  • Team accounts.
  • More themes are available for free and such.
Cons
  • Way more expensive.
MinecraftMarket
Pros
  • It is cheaper.
  • Panel is designed much better.
  • More customization.
  • Self hosted sites ( coming in the future )
  • Easier to remove branding.

Cons
  • It has a slower response time.
  • Support takes longer.
  • Only certain people make themes.
This user is right. I used minecraftmarket for my network before I sold it. It had a 600 playerbase on slow times and everyone loved the store. Of course getting a custom theme costed more since only a few amount of people make them, but when we made the transition from one service to the other, the players didn't seem to notice anything bad and they were still buying just as much if not more then when we had buycraft.

I've decided to go with buycraft. I've just spent £14.99 on minecraftmarket but adding the new packages was absolute shit, excuse my French.

I rather spend a little more and get quality than spend less and not feel as if I'm doing things efficiently. Thank you for everyone who has commented.
