Hi there,
I'm currently collecting offers on my domain minecraftserve.rs. If you're affiliated in the Minecraft Server List scene you'd see the value of this domain.

Many server lists currently gross upwards of $30,000+ a month & this is on par with some of the best. Not in a rush to sell, currently linked on Cloudflare.
Domain has also been forward to this thread for proof of ownership.

Just to provide insight on server lists. There is hundreds of them and only a few very established websites make close to this amount. Significantly less after ad spend. If you have the right skill sets it’s possible to be successful, but is no walk in the park. It’s an okay domain, but I personally don’t think it’s worth the current offer.
