Nobody buys hours like 1-8AM Weekdays. You are limited to what people will actually buy from you.
And you also take into account what you make on your actual server.

Anyways, I would not sell it for 1k as yes then I lose $200, and at that rate I would prefer the advertising anyways.
And most people either buy days at a time for lower rates, or weekends by hour for higher rates.

Really no point for an hour, you need to get around 4 hours or you will just get server hoppers, basically where people just go on new servers for a bit and then leave.

Vouch, Rented 5hrs During Peak time, No problems with any of it

Vouch, rented 4 hours last weekend with absolutely no issues.

Side note: Hit 93 players during peak, I personally couldn't believe the numbers for a server that is exclusively survival. I personally think it was worth the money.
