About how many servers have you setup if any: I started making server setups for people at the beginning of the year, which a total of 6 setups. I previously only made setups for my networks/servers.
Have you worked with a team before, If so why are you no longer with them: I have worked with a partner that tried to create a team, but didn't go very well. Got a few customers not many though. I also worked with the hosting company VPS FLAME as a sales rep and would know how to deal with customers.
Have you ever been banned from MCM: No, only a few warnings.

All of the above. Setup specialist will configure plugins and make whole servers. It all depends on what the clients want though. If a setup specialist doesn't want to take a job they don't have to.
Do you have to be able to code plug-ins or?
I doubt it. A setup specialist is more about configuring plugins.
No you just have to have a vast knowledge of setting up any type of server, Bu t if you know how to code plugins you can be hired as a developer, not a Setup Specialist

About how many servers have you setup if any: I've setup several HCF Servers before around 3-4 forget how much with other people and I have a very good staff experience (Ikari, FaithfulMC, FuzePVP/VeltPvP, HCEmpire, ViperMC, SparkHCF, and MCClans)
Have you worked with a team before, If so why are you no longer with them: I have worked with teams before just not really official teams as in it was just a bunch of other colleagues of the server and the reason why I'm no longer with most of my experience (Other than Ikari) is because on Faithful I resigned to start my own server, FuzePvP/VeltPvP I got demoted along with the whole staff team because of new ownership, HCEmpire I resigned just recently, ViperMC shutdown, SparkHCF I resigned off of due to the fact the server wasn't open, and MCClans because it shutdown

I am no longer work with either of them because of the lack of respect, professionalism and pay. I Currently work for 2 servers, AurousMC and GalagayMC. Both in development.
