Introduction
MineFactions is a network dedicated to bringing the best Factions experience to the community. We are looking for staff members to join our team as we get closer to our release.
A bit about us
MineFactions is a network owned by Hibachis and Packer. We are driven individuals that wish to evoke change in the Factions community by bringing a competitive and enjoyable game-mode to all. The network will consist of three realms of Factions: Ruby, Onyx and Jade.
Ruby will be a realm primarily focused around MCMMO where players can engage in combat utilizing some of our custom-enchants. These minor twists on the original Factions we all love are made to enhance our community's enjoyment.
Onyx is our over-powered region of MineFactions. With a monstrously-sized economy and double-figure enchant levels, along with a few more secret features – the fast-paced action of this server is bound to be great fun.
Jade is our purest form of Factions. This untainted, and vanilla server, will contain no over-powered enchants nor MCMMO features. 'Less is more' as they say: a concept that is employed at the nostalgic Jade server, a snapshot of former Factions.
We will be releasing this summer, and have no current set-release-date. We do not wish to rush the development of our network but would rather take the time to release quality in order to achieve our administrative goals of bringing about enjoyment, competition and change. We are looking for several people to join our team, people that display the qualities that we as an Administration team would like to see shine.

What do we want?
In members of our moderation team, we are looking for those who are able to develop good relations with our community members and be adaptable to the many changes that a network makes throughout its journey. We wish to see unwavering respect for the players that make MineFactions what it is from our moderation team and excellent customer support for those who require it.
In our Developers and Administrators, we are looking for like-minded people that are able to work in a collaborative dynamic with a group of experienced people. We only look for the best in our Developers and Administrators alike, in order to carry the server to where it should be. The core-collective of people that we wish to have run the server will be formed of these two roles and so we expect a lot. Our Developers will be paid for their work.
If accepted to the volunteer staff team, you will be placed in one of the following roles upon discretion of our Head of Staff. Placement will be based on your application process and experiences combined;
- Helpers
- Moderators
- Sr. Moderators
- Administrators
