Hello, MineFantasy was a work in progress Factions server that didn't make it to launch day. I feel the need to sell the server and continue in my role of managing other servers as funding a server is not as easy as designing and managing.

The sale includes:

You can chargeback G&S but not F&F (Unless you call PayPal with sufficient proof.

Makes 0 difference. F and f chargeback are just as easy. Your always at risk trading. That's life.
Invoicing is the way to go. Allowing you to set your own terms of service.

Hello guys, I just want to point out that the logo in the website provided (MF on a piece of grass and a tree on top) was used on the server I used to own called: MineFade. (New owner is my friend LuckyBowers) I did pay for that logo, so apparently Decoded has used it to include it in this "MineFantasy Faction Server". I would appreciate a clear explanation from Decoded, in which clarifies why he's using the logo to include it in this without any given permission from LuckyBowers or me.

There's no real need for proof. I am not even sure what kind of proof you want; so lets say I post a screenshot of a payment... That image could represent any kind of payment. The person who draw it is LuckyBower's real life friend, therefore I do not have any "clear" proof of me paying for it.

I am pretty sure Decoded would definitely agree & be honest about the current situation with this paid logo. I do not want to create any major problems, I just want to make sure people know I actually paid for that logo, and that it's owned by The MineFade Network; and there were no given permissions to Decoded to use this and sell it by including it in the factions server's pack.

He didn't sell it yet. How is it scamming if the OP didn't sell the server yet? It just means false advertisement then or he forgot to change the thread post.
