Experience: I've had lots of servers in my time, I'm currently making a server network with alot of custom content and spending a heap of time on minecraft servers, I've learned a lot over theses past 2 years from bukkit/spigot to plugins and a bunch more stuff.
Reason: Very interested in a server like this seems like a really nice idea, I've also got some devs that would be happy to work on something like this it would also make a great add to my up-coming network.

Experience: I have ran several teams for Minecraft graphics, help services, and builds. I have done that for almost a year, and made around $1000 last year off of it. Reason: I would love to have the chance to try and run a network. I have ran a several with several game does that made around $100 a month, but I did not have the ability to manage my time for that. However, I have recently been able to have lots of free space in my time as I have gotten better at managing it.

Well, definitely "pleasant" to see that a computer chose who was the best option to create a network. Regardless, congrats, I hope the server does better than his new forum does.

That your opinion, I chose the people who were most qualified in the 3rd tier, and chose randomly from them. Not sure what the big deal is.
