With this thread design, I can almost guarantee you no one is going to apply.
You actually need to add a bit of information on what positions people can apply for, what type of server it's going to be, how many players you are expecting to get and how you are going to get those players. This just gives users a bit of information on whether they'd be wasting their time or not.
Please just take a bit of time to just fix your thread and make it look like you put a bit of effort into it.

You expect someone to put effort into giving you their resume?
Your thread requesting recruitment and staff isn't even putting in the professionalism of a server, that is requesting a resume.
- Add more detail to for what you are wanting or requiring to join upon your server.
- Lack of detail can expect you to not really get anyone professional or expect to get the person to be using professionalism while working.
