Most competitive servers require a payout, in your case; gaming gear and money.
If you could provide more information on how the money would be obtained and your estimated release date then more people would be interested but with absolutely no members, a baby bottom account and not even a logo why should people waste their time applying?

Well of course they would claim the money with PayPal, but as we more evolve the server, the more players will know the name so they would trust the name Minegore, and would give us a shipping address to ship the gaming gear to.
