Hi MC-Market! I currently have made a MineHQ PotPvP Replica while using ProPractice.
All MineHQ Messages and Scoreboard are dependend on ProPractice.
I'm also using a Custom StaffMode, freeze & Staff Chat made on Skript.

I don't think that'd really be able to do anything.

They can. If that plugin is on a server and it's like 80% identical to their plugin then they would at least attempt to take down your server. The MineHQ development team isn't dumb and I don't think they would hesitate to take down something that someone basically copied from them.

Mineplex is a company with a legal team. To my knowledge, MineHQ isn't.

Yes MineHQ does have a legal team they actually take that stuff very seriously read their TOS.

The reason why Mineplex threatened to sue Fakeplex was because they used leaked code. If it is a replica and you don't use their name in anything then they can't do shit
