My name is Zai, and I have been in the Minecraft community for over a decade! (Early 2010 to be exact), and created my first server in 2011. Ever since then, I continued to create servers (as an adolescent) so I got a lot of money from them, and didn't put much back into it, so they ultimately failed.
Over the years, I've had some very successful servers. For the past year I've been wanting to get back into it and create a long-term, community survival server that is a bit different than the rest, that gives players the opportunity to do more than just survive. I can do this alone, but I am also a business owner, so I work a lot and I would rather split the workload and responsibility with someone with similar experience, and skills. I am very picky with who I work with, and if you think you have something to offer that's actually beneficial. Not just management. If you are a manager and expect an upfront salary please do not waste your time. I am looking for strictly a partner, and we both work towards making profit from the server.
