You can see our work and other things from our website. We do make custom plugins, however, there is a long waitlist which is 2 months. There is no difference between server specialists teams other than how you work and how much you are dedicated to working. We spend 8+ hours a day working on your server and gathering different information from you and your server to see that plugins suit it best and the main core of the server. This takes such a long process that a whole day is dedicated just to this part. Then we start working with and alongside you to get the server you desire and want. Our entire team has been trained and tested through different stages to make sure they can keep up with the needs of the orders that come in. Now, to be honest with you, we haven't worked with extremely large player base servers since we are not marketed a lot in the Minecraft community, but that does not change the quality, passion, and work ethic we give to our customers, and it's the reason we keep growing.

Ok, so I paid in total $90 for a build and $50 for a factions setup. Build was ok, for $90 there should've maybe been a little bit more work put in to it. But in the end, I am satisfied I guess. The setup was very good and the agent who helped me definitely knew what he was doing. Overall, I am happy with the setup and satisfied with build. Also, one bad thing is u can only use PayPal and Google Wallet for payments, that was sometimes a problem for me. And my big complaint was that the original builder of my server was a complete dick, had the worst attitude and was not very friendly. Also, I paid an extra ten dollars for a more "experienced" builder, but what I got was a complete dick. Luckily, my agent assigned another builder and he was better. So all in all, this company will get the job done and have mostly nice people working for them.

You might know me, Or not. For the Past couple of months , I have been in contact with your entire Mine Life Team, I can tell everyone here on MCM they a one of a kind. They are always there when you need them, Answer every single question so accurate. Even stupid dum questions they dont fail to answer. Its been Really sad to see how a wonderful team that has grown so much is about to go, and leave the team forever. I feel as if one of the best setups teams on MCM, is about to be destroyed and gone. I havent seen the New Owner of Minelife. But i hope he is as good as the current team. No Matter what happens i want you to know, How Minelife as really changed to way i see server setups, and how they care about your opinion what you think about them.

You can trash my comment, or Whatever.To Conclude. A Really wonderful team. Its been a Real blast Talking to the Entire team. Hope you have a wonderful year at university Karsa, and to the entire minelife team if you are reading this. Then be Proud. You have been part of a outstanding team, I have enjoyed every minute talking to you guys and helping me questions about Server setups.

Sorry for the long bump, but we've been doing a ton of stuff ever since!

We've successfully brought back our thread design and fixed it.
We added a credit card checkout system for users who didn't want to use PayPal nor Google Wallet to use our services.
We've successfully secured our entire website through Comodo SSL security services.
We've fixed a few minor bugs and transferred most of the pictures located on our website to our host.
We've upgraded our hosting in order to handle more traffic, space, and data.
Ran a lot of tests in order to fix and improve ping worldwide.
Reduced lag and loading time for web pages on the website due to images not being able to come up because they were on other websites.
Fixed minor coding issues
Fixed major coding industry issues due to our website
Improved and updated TOS

My background: 4 Years as a server administrator/owner.

I made sure to come off as a smart-ass and touch on some sensitive issues here on the thread, Such as Lethal being banned, him still being on the website. However, I was pretty surprised when their sales rep, "Josh" replied, even though he apparently had a line of customers he had to tend to. He responded pretty calmly, which indicated he was patient. (It could just be a front, but a very good one at least.)
After waiting for about 2-3 hours, I finally get a message from Josh saying "Sorry for the inconvenience", + some more formalities because others had come before me. Again, understandable.

I talk to Josh some more about some pricing options such as Advertising packages, basic server packages Etc.
I decide to go with the $30 skyblock package (That I paid for via Paypal. E-mail was provided by Josh.)

There is apparently a 2 week wait-list from the time that I post this comment, and they require you to deposit your money upfront because according to "Josh", they can't risk any cancellations, which I understand. During this 2 week wait, I am expected to make a full documentation of which plugins I'd like, ranks, perms, etc. Essentially, I'd be listing out all of my ranks and each ranks should and should not be able to do, without the actual configuration part. I'd also be explaining how I want my plugins configured. (E.G. McMMO to have this and that.).

My overall experience with "Josh" from the MineLifeSetups team was very professional, although some of his statements seemed a little fake. Especially this one phrase:
"Well, that's why MineLife hires the best Sales representatives and agents. They really do go out far with customer service. I sometimes can't believe that a company that works for a game can have such good services and reputation."
But as a sales rep, you're expected to say these things as a job. So, understandable.

My overall pre-sales experience was 9/10 in a professional sense, but definitely a 10/10 rating in terms of the business and the market they're in. (Predominately 12-15 year olds.)

I am in no way endorsing this service (yet), I'm merely providing my overall experience so people who may be interested in this service can get a full in-depth view of what will/can happen, instead of your typical "vouch for this service! 10/10"

I will definitely update this after the two-week wait-list about my over-all server installation. In the future, I'd also document how well the plugins were configured, etc.
