A private or close corporation is a business company owned either by non-govermental organizations or by a relatively small number of shareholders or company members which does not offer or trade its company stock (shares) to the general public on the stock market exchanges, but rather the company's stock is offered, owned and traded or exchanged privately. More ambiguous terms for a privately held company are unquoted company and unlisted company. It is not however a company among friends as you put previously. Please do not come on threads seeking to attack businesses when you yourself do not even know what you are talking about. You also state that the "police force" will apprehend him, you, i assume in no way represent any form of governmental law. If you did however, would know it is not a matter that is under the "police forces" jurisdiction. I find this completely Unprofessional especially seeing that you do not have any other posts besides this one, Which leads me to believe you are here solely to cause others harm and to harass. You have no proof to back up any of your accusations either. I would recommend you refute your claim before you Embarrass yourself any further.

Vouch, I just had a great series of conversations sorting out the requirements of my new server.
