Hello everyone!
My name is Bence, I am the founder and 1/2 owner of the MineMass Network, which is an upcoming Java minecraft server with Bedrock crossplay that has been not released yet, so we have no public Social media and websites.
About me
I am living in Hungary, and have at leat 7 years experience of managing and running minecraft servers. I had a few successfull projects where I gained not just amazing experiences, money, but incredible teams and met a lot of players. I belive that the only way to make and run servers smoothly is to have enough passion and dedication to what you are doing.This is the thing that keeps me going whenever I make a server. Now, we have more serious ambitions and plans. We want to create something new, and we know that this is almost impossible, so the way we are doing this is that creating a compact but clean, feature rich, lagg free servers for even hundreds of players.
This is what we are looking Staffs for. We are building a community, with long-term plans.

Positions that are currently opened (edited):
Community Manager
They know everything about the servers being able to answer any questions regarding to the community. They are responsible for the advertisements, the way we are advertising our server, they are developing new strategies for expansions, bigger playerbases, keeping touch with the streamers/youtubers, handling the social media sites and coordinating the store.
Staff Manager
They are responsible for the entire staff team, the promotions, demotions, kicks, handling the ban appeals, recruiting new staff members, doing interviews and meetings.

The leader(s) of the builder team. They are responsible for the making and coordinating of the new maps, and also reworking them.

Senior Developer
The leader(s) of the development team. Coordinating and organizing the developer team about reworking the plugins and/or making new plugins. They also decide about updates, announcing updates, handling resets.
Developer
Developing plugins, websites, making sure everything is protected, etc.
Configurator
Configurating the servers, responsing for errors, creating updates, etc.

- We are also recruiting admins and moderators which are the main administration roles on the server.
- There are also Junior ranks for the youngers or for those who doesn't have the proper knowledge of filling a position, but has enough dedication of evolving.
- There are also other roles that are waiting to be filled in our team: Advertiser, Social Media Specialist
- Once you meet the requirements you will be given a short form so we can assign a role to you.
General requirements for applying to a position:
- You are at least 14 years old.
- You have some experience of what you are applying for.
- You are speaking at least B2 (intermediate level) English.
