I'm sure many of you are aware of Mineplex's Champions games (including Domination, TDM, and CTF). They feature five unique kits with customizable skills, all highly balanced. I am specifically interested in the combat portion of this game—not the maps nor the capturing mechanics. To my knowledge through extensive research, there seems to be no plugin/mod recreating this plugin.
I am creating this thread to ask what it would entail recreating this plugin. I am aware that this is a massive project; recreating each specific mechanic would be nearly impossible. Therefore, I propose creating a plugin that doesn't have to worry about balancing the skills in each class. This plugin would provide all of the fundamental functions of each skill without actually worrying about recharge times and damage. These variables would then be customizable in the config file. I am not a developer, though I would assume that this concept would make the plugin infinitely easier to code.
If anyone knows of a plugin similar to the one I just described that already exists, please let me know!

-GUIs for each class, with intuitive ways to upgrade/downgrade skills, commands to access these GUIs, and sounds when clicked.
-Customizable variables for each skill in the config file (including passive skills). The number of skill tokens should also be customizable.
-Cooldown bar in the action bar (or some other way to perceive the skill cooldown).
-I do not need the changeable item inventory—including the ability to customize the type of sword and axe and mushroom soups.
-Again, I do not need the capturing function of Domination or CTF, nor do I need the developer to actually assign numbers to each variable. I will do the balancing.
I am very flexible with this project and will pay per-class. I would like to start with the Brute class and go from there. I am offering $15. If you feel this price doesn't accurately reflect your work, let me know.
