Mineplex Custom Command

Hello,

Most of you knows Mineplex is a popular server on Minecraft. Mineplex has over 5 thousands players or more! Anyway. I was bored yesterday, and I try to custom commands as Mineplex like as /a, & more. Today I have finished it! I have test all of the commands that I did and they mostly like as Mineplex! The commands is:
/a: to contact staff for help
/ma: to reply at /a messages! Staff perms
/announce: To announce something like Mineplex
/gm: Custom Gamemode like Mineplex
/updaterank: Like groupmanager to update your rank
& More commands!
