Misuse would be impersonation. Just so you're aware, because it seems nobody knows this... Mineplex.net is owned by another server and they use that domain on theirs and haven't had any issues.

There's difference between hate, and telling someone their domain could be in violation of a registered company's name.

I already expressed that selling the name itself and owning the name itself is not misuse. The only way that this could be misused is if somebody claimed to be "mineplex". Owning the domain or selling it obviously doesn't involve me affiliating myself or my buyer with mineplex.
