MineRift Network Is looking for builders

Hello Guys My Name is Kid AKA TogglingPotato. I am 15.
Me and some of my friends are going to start building a network. Call MineRift
and we are requesting for some builders to be the MineRift BuildTeam. I can not pay at first but when the network gets up and more popular everyone will get paid i will explain more about that in the last paragraph.
MineRift Network Introduction

MineRift is a premium, and primarily Tropical based minecraft network that strives to maintain the most professional Minecraft experience with new innovative visions that may promote numerous custom game modes for all network members. We are here to stay and to be as prosperous as possible while providing a great experience for members on this network with no disturbances and the most professional environment you can work in. Sign up today to join the MineRift Community and expect nothing less than the most dedicated network staff/support team and the most friendly group of people you will ever work with.


MineRift Network Games:
MineRift will confidently launch with OPPrison , OPFactions , Skyblock, Skywars, on September 21st thought September 30th. In the future the network plans to have Survival, Survival Games, Capture the Flag, Paintball Warfare, Hide 'n' Seek and many other intense, addictive custom game modes that the network has planned for the future.

MineRift Network Builder/Terraformer Requirements:
Extensive knowledge with World Edit, and PlotMe.
Previous experience with Voxel Sniper is recommended!
Previous experience with Terraforming and World Painter is favored!
Previous minigame building experience is recommended.
Previous experience working with other similar employers is required.
Must have TeamSpeak 3/Skype & flawless communication skills with a microphone.
Must be able to perform a Trial Build to be officially apart of MineRift.
Must provide previous build videos or screenshots of your latest work.

If you are looking to apply for staff or as a builder these are the MineRift Networks Application Guidelines:

If your application is accepted, you shall be notified in 48 hours by the MineRift Network [Lead Owners] TogglingPotato and Mhbnd and if you are applying for Builder or so you will be contacted by SwePotato and Crappinq the head-builders or the MineRift BuildTeam and then you will proceed in the recruitment process. After you are accepted as an official MineRift Network Staff Member, you will be placed in your appropriate team that consists of 5 to 10 members in total that you will be working with. In addition, staff members will be paid monthly, given free giveaways, and earn monthly bonuses based on their work ethic, but rewards/salaries will only be delivered after the network launches and only when MineRift has an increase in contributions. Joining the staff team could be a fantastic way of improving your staff abilities; it will improve how well you work under pressure, and it will improve your teamwork skills.

Good luck with starting a network when you can't even afford Builders. I wish you the best of luck

I can afford builders. But i just spent about 200$ for things for the network like 2 105GB Dedicated server. and other things. I will be able to pay but just not at first.
