Introduction

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am Minerkit, I am a 16 year old professional manager residing in The United States. I am formally known as Ty but enjoy being referred to as MinerKit in the virtual world. I have been working in the staffing world for around 3-4+ years, managing for about 2-3 years. I am very trustworthy and dependable, I am decently known among small servers and owning 3 servers of my own which didn’t become popular. Those servers are; a MineVerge Remake, VortexMC, and VortexPvP (All 3 got sold to new owners which have probably moved on from it now.)

Experience (Only semi popular servers.)

• PvPWars - I staffed on PvPWars for around 2 weeks as the role of Helper, the reason so low in the rankings is because no higher-ups were on when I usually was able to get on and staff. I resigned due to unable to meet their standards anymore and family issues.
  ​
• AirPvP - I was a Manager on AirPvP for around 2 months, in those 2 months I helped configure plugins, create events, fixed bugs, and helped sustain a healthy and active player base. This 2 months came to an end by the owner selling the server knowing it was going to start to go on its decline soon.
  ​
• VenomHCF - I was an Admin on VenomHCF for around a month to help fix the community and start the creation and finish/oversee the final product. This brought my rank on there from Admin to Manager for the last week. After that I resigned because I took a break from Minecraft.

• FactionsLab - I was an Admin on FactionsLab for around a month, this month was a very productive month where I built a hub along with a bunch of the members of the builder team, fixed a few bugs and helped resolve issues with my fellow administrators at that time, and hosted quite a few events.

Management Skills

• Determination - Determination is one of my many skills because I do not give up easily. My main goal in managing servers is doing my job to the best of my ability and not giving up until it is completely done. This includes; Fixing bugs, helping players, making sure players feel welcomed and not being bashed on by anyone, and overall my goal is to become friends with everyone in the community.

• Leadership - Leadership is one of my skills because you cannot be a professional staff member in the slightest without having Leadership experience, my Leadership experience is the servers listed above, and also in real life I do summer camp programs where I am in charge of a group of kids for 2 weeks at a time during the summer which has taught me quite a bit on Leadership and how to calm younger audiences.

• Strong minded - Being strong minded means that I can keep calm during a situation of someone degrading me or the server and try to talk it out with them. This is useful in times of false bans, or any false punishments or issues between players. I can use strategies to calm them and get the actual story out of them and not just a one ended story that their anger forces them to say.

In conclusion I am a great fit for the job with my reasoning listed above, I am a friendly person and wish only to help your server proceed in its journey for fame and fortune.

I would suggest including a documented resume, instead of a long paragraph consisting of your experience as this is not very appealing to most employers. I would also try investing in a thread design, as this will overall boost the offers you receive and looks much more appealing than a long paragraph.
