I'm honestly not sure what to think, they've got a few vouches, but I'm not seeing anything legitimate here...

AFAIK Intel doesn't manufacture dual core E5's, so I decided to get some more information...

Confused with the answer, as they seemed to be advertising a completely different CPU, the 1650v2 is a 6 core @ 3.5GHz, while on their site It's listed as "Intel Xeon E5 Dual Core 2.3GHz (4 threads)"

Maybe we're talking about different server models, even though none of them match the description of the 1650v2 anyway..

The 1650v2 is a $700 CPU, yet they're trying to tell me they've only installed 1GB of RAM?! Thats crazy, not to mention the pricing, It's just unrealistic at best..

Maybe these are VPS's..? That would make sense!

On the $5/mo server, they're listing "500 GB RAID-3 Drives", firstly, why would anybody use RAID 3..? Secondly, how many drives are there?

The power this server would pull would probably be a good $5/mo... And to even cover the cost of the CPU alone, (on the $5/mo server), you'd need to get someone to rent it for 58 years.. Not to mention everything else..

Note: I'm not trying to bash, I just see lies everywhere.. This whole operation seems shady, to me, at least.

I bought a dedi from them with a 1TB upgrade. The IP was traced back to Digital Ocean and I'd only received 20GB with 512 RAM, which was a Digital Ocean plan. They claim to be sharing data centers with them and that there was a "glitch". But, I requested a refund, which was pretty nice.

I'm next to sure when you buy a server they get a digital ocean vps and send you details saying, here is your "dedicated" server.

I can't confirm this. But if you read the messages above it seem like that.

Thanks for lettign me know might either buy a couple gb server and do a stress test and let you guys know, or get the VPS2 and do a stress test
