Hello everyone, my name is Tyler (Atmazphere). I have been playing Minecraft for quite some time now, and owning/managing servers for as long as I can remember. Today, I'm looking to leave the scene - possibly (hopefully) for good.

MineSector will be going on its one-year anniversary in December. We have been opening and closing the server a couple times. A ton of users want to help out with this project, and tell us to keep going - but sadly, I'm not really feeling it anymore. First we were open from December until February. We closed due to personal reasons with my and my partner. We reopened this summer (June) and that brings us here.

The server itself was a popular server for what we had to offer. We are a pretty basic network, that only contained the following:
  • OP Prison
  • OP Factions
  • Skyblock
  • And a Hub, of course
I recently just got discharged from the hospital due to severe Salmonella, college started and since then - I have zero motivation to upkeep this project. Around 2 months ago, we were peaking 30-40 users daily and averaging 15-20 online at a time. The playerbase now it probably around 10-20 if someone can bring it back to normal. Most were skyblock players and due to Skyblock being whitelisted - it dropped and mostly because no staff come online anymore.

Information:
  • SYS 32GB Dedicated Server (http://prntscr.com/gibls9)
  • Server Hosting (32GB, SYS Machine, Expires the 11th, 64$CAD to renew)
  • XenForo (doesn't come w/ license as I use my friends, theme customization by Me)
  • Website Hosting (Namecheap, paid for a year, $47CAD to renew)
  • Website Store (doesn't come with the purchase)
  • Multicraft License (6 servers)
  • Domain (with Namecheap, will include a free transfer)
I never really was into selling MC servers, but I thought I'd give it a shot. You can view the server at play.minesector.net

The server expiration is pretty close, but I'm not going to renew it. I'll keep the files, but I'm not going to renew the server.

I'll add donation stats when I'm home. The thread states how long it has been open. We have a discord, no one really uses it though as they used skype. There's a skype group.

If you actually upkeeped the server and skyblock wasn't white listed, that statement is accurate. I have said that to multiple people that have inquired about it.

Skyblock needs some permissions added, hence why it is offline. Staff haven't really been active, so a decline happened. Which brings me back to my original statement, if you upkeep the server and actually log on. There's players, I have a few screenshots of it peaking 40 as well.

If you can't put 2 and 2 together, skyblock was the most popular server.

I should've stated more clearly in the thread, my apologies.

On a side note for everyone else, the server from So You Start (OVH) expires tomorrow, I have all recent files backed up and still will be selling all of it, just without the server of course. You'll have to do the setup, but the domain, logo, website and everything else is included.

Edit: With the above being said, I lowered the BIN.

0mg (Nate) has also bidded $300 to purchase once he gets his new card.

Whoever comes through first will take the server. Decided to post this as I was getting accused of raising the bid, even though clearly I showed them the discord conversation between both of the above two. They said I photoshopped the conversation, then I asked "Well, how can I photoshop that within 2 seconds with photoshop being closed, the current time, and also you can see your conversation?". The potential buyer didn't have much to reply to that. Anywho, just added the two above two the bidders list as they contacted me via discord instead of the thread.
