Sidewalk from what I was able to gather here, Vexy is not selling any code, he is selling a server including a number of free plugins that have been configured to match the server. This does not break our rules in any way.
As for the copyright matters, again, he is not selling the code. he is selling the configuration, which happens to include the code itself. If instead the client had to download the plugin, there would be little changed except the config would have to be done from scratch.
This is why we have a rule against selling premium plugins, as it would keep profits from the original creator. For free content, unless specifically stated otherwise, we assume people have the right to use it as they will. Should that turn out to not be the case, different action can be taken.
Now, for the future, if you believe someone on this site is violating the author's right of someone else, please contact the person whose copyright is being violated and have them contact us if they wish to stop it. We can work something out with them then.
Do not start extensive discussions like this again, for they serve no practical purpose other than thrashing the relevant thread.

Remember like in september you were selling faction server and kitpvp server...
I make a kitpvp server myself and i used the faction warp pvp map it's was a successful server
I was getting like 30-60 players!
Until the CoOwner betrayed me and grief the server and everything so i was so angry i stopped the server!
And now i want to make the server again but i need the kitpvp server plugins and the Faction server... Please do that for me also i change my skype and i tried to contact you so many times but you didnt answer!
My new skype is Henri oO0 From Germany! please help me.... and also if you want to get donations on my server it's fine i dont want money...

I barely use skype anymore. I gave you the Factions server and if that didn't work for you I highly doubt a Kit-PVP server will. Due to me at this point denying giving it away for free I can offer you a discount or we can work out a deal. (PM me on here skype doesn't work really good.)
