Hello MC-Market Managers,

Minesharp Network is a Skyblock-based network which is looking to expand further in the near future.

Current playerbase: 60-120 players at all times (new map released 1.5 weeks ago)

We are currently looking for managers with vast experience within Skyblock or Survival. Your main tasks would involve pushing content updates - new features, releasing new maps, fixing bugs/issues, improving current features, etc. It would also likely involve staff management, community management and similar tasks. This position would be paid on a weekly or monthly basis.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Skyblock or Survival server management
  
• The ability to configure Spigot plugins with ease
• Able to speak over voice in Discord
  
• The ability to indentify potential improvements of the server and come up with new ideas
  
• You need to be highly professional
• You need to be able to be responsible for projects. It could be a new gamemode or the release of a new map/season.
• Good community interactions. No abuse, not showing off, etc but this goes without saying.
• Be able to be in contact with developers and provide them with detailed explanations of the plugin we need made.
• Able to use google docs, google sheets, trello and similar tools.
• Be able to adjust your work after how the network works and how its built. Of course it will take some time to fully understand how our network works.
