MineSiege - Looking for Developer

Hi, I'm Ludex. I am the founder of MineSiege. We are currently in the Alpha stage. We are a Factions server, but I am looking to add a little bit of a kick to the gamemode. To do this, I need a developer. I am looking for a developer that is willing to work free-ish. You (might) be paid sometime in the future when our donations increase, but as of now I'll supply the Developer with graphics and alternate accounts, all in return for custom coded plugins.

What I need coded...

- A custom Factions rank system. On my old Factions server, our Developer made us a Factions level rank system. Everybody started at level 0. You had a [0] tag before your rank, so it might say [0] [Owner] Ludex. To get to level 1, you needed to kill 10 mobs. To get to level 2, kill 20 mobs. The colors of the ranks changed each 10 levels. This plugin also came with a kill stats leaderboard when command issued /stats.

Not to crash the party or anything but you may want to consider having some what of a budget before trying to get a Developer. A lot of 'free' Developers these days claim to have skills that they do not and may end up scamming you or doing something. Just a heads-up for you .
