Hello,

We are currently looking for a few different roles, read below.
As of today, we are using a simple Bungee setup with a lobby and survival. We use our own dedicated server and hardware will never be a problem as we order more when there's the need for it.

We plan to start building our first event, kind of a PvP Arena with the possibility to destroy the map for each round and also for players to earn XP/coins to upgrade their starting items, etc. Our money/reward system will be used on all our events and also from survival. That way players may play on our survival server and with time earn in-game money to upgrade different kits and similar things for each of our events.

Our main audience is players from around the world with a focus on more mature players. With that said, everyone is of curse welcome but since all our players as of today are 22+ there will be a "bar" of understandable choice of words, conversations, etc.

Head Builder (2 spots)
As a Head Builder, your responsibility is to coordinate the work of all builders regarding anything that needs to build. Your tools may depend on what needs to be done, but WorldEdit is always available for you.

Builders (6 spots)
As a builder, you will answer to our Head Builder and help them with any necessary work that needs to be done. You may use your own imagination and try your own things, this may depend on what the HE tells you regarding each project. When there's no ongoing project from HB you may start your own projects, these still need to be overviewed and either accepted or denied by an HB tough.

Project Manager (1 spot)
As a project manager, your main responsibility is to manage upcoming and ongoing projects. This can be anything from new mini-games to single events, only your own imagination is really the limit here. You answer directly to our staff (Admins/moderators) but you still have the possibility to recruit players to help you with your tasks.

For this role, we need someone who has worked with similar things earlier and does have a high limit of self-awareness and feeling proud of their own responsibility regarding their work. Your tools will include full support from our staff, server hardware as needed and also the possibility to order jobs for custom plugins, etc. The limit is really as high as the sky here.

Worth mention is that the PM isn't responsible to do all the work on their own, they can ask for help from others or recruit new players, but the PM is solely responsible and answers directly to our staff regarding projects.

Event Manager (1 spot)
As an event manager, your main responsibility is to manage upcoming and ongoing events. Events can range from single events, events on a regular basis but also our mini-games. You are responsible to gather feedback from players about available events/mini-games and present these to our staff. You have the possibility to make changes and customization as you feel necessary. Event managers need to document and present ideas to our Head Admin or a group of staff before any major change.

Worth mention is that the event manager isn't responsible to do all the work on their own, the same as for PMs above. They can ask for help from others or recruit new players, but the EM is solely responsible and answers directly to our staff regarding projects.

Regarding Event Managers and Project Managers
With this kind of power regarding changes our expectations are also high, the main responsibility regarding these things mentioned above falls on your shoulders even if you recruit people to help you.

Other notes
Understandable all these positions can and will to some fact take a lot of time. We aren't expecting anything unreasonable here, there will always be more important things that need attention. What we ask for from people is a strong feeling towards responsibility and open-mindedness. All of us, from owner down to players are here to help in any way it's possible.

What experience do you have: I have plenty of experience in a variety of different areas. I was a member of the staff team on MineSuperior for over a year, and I was promoted from Helper to Administrator within that time period. My administrative role was mainly on the OPFactions gamemode, and I was tasked to resolve community conflicts, plugin issues that didn't require backend work, and interviewing potential applicants for the Helper role. My last few months as staff on MineSuperior, I was also an Administrator on one of the owner's other servers: BreakingMC. After my resignation from MineSuperior, I was quickly promoted to be a global manager. I handled a plethora of tasks such as donation issues, server resets, staff, and events. Due to the server's lack of managers, I multitasked on many things but managed to keep high quality throughout the five months I was there. I was fired due to personal reasons within management. I've also always been a dedicated player; regardless of any community I join, I tend to stay until I am shown I am no longer needed or wanted.

Why should we choose you: I've been taught a lot of valuable skills such as patience (from being a staff manager), problem solving (from resetting servers), teamwork, maturity at a young age, and other things that will show up when I work. I'm open to accepting challenges but I'm also not afraid to ask for help when I need to. I've also been learning the art of time management due to attending a rigorous high school, which is a necessary skill a manager needs.
Tell us a bit of a great Minecraft memory you remember: I have so many memories that I love from MineSuperior. One of my favorite memories is a collective one: I was friends with a majority of the staff team and I used to participate in daily TeamSpeak calls with upper management.
