What is MineWall?
Minewall is a toolset for detecting, preventing and mitigating layer 7 attacks targeted towards Minecraft servers. Unlike other implementations, MineWall does so outside the application layer, making it way more efficient against large attacks, and ensuring it can work on even the weakest hardware.
Unlike other solutions to the problem (Like TCPShield or CosmicGuard), MineWall is fully self-hosted, and you can build your own full implementation with minimal monthly costs.

Proposing IPs to be whitelisted
To ensure the whole network learns from all attacks, and players are not affected on any servers using mine wall, we optionally centralize data from all firewalls to generate a safe list of players that will be able to bypass the firewall.
Because of the risk of malicious requests, we do our additional checks on our end, making sure that very few false negatives will be allowed.

Installation Plan (Optional)

Are you interested in saving costs on your hosting by using MineWall instead of providers like TCPShield or CosmicShield? With monthly fees starting at 13EUR to handle up to 400 players (with hosting at OVH), and the 80 EUR setup fee we to set the firewall and the reverse proxy up, you will save money in the long run.
Additionally, we provide a 2 month guarantee on the firewall, so if anything happens, we're one call away.

Good Luck! I might get this later but depends how much your protection can hold like how many Gbps can you withstand?
Minewall is volume-limited by the backbone provider you decide to use. If you decide to use OVH, you can withstand the same traffic they can, which is in the order of TB.

The role of MineWall is to mitigate Layer 7 attacks (Minecraft bots, crashbots, etc), and the installation to allow integration between OVH, Minewall and your infrastructure in a way that attackers can not abuse.
