We're Minewar – a fresh, heavily custom Minecraft network running smoothly from 1.12 to 1.21.11.
What we've already built:
- 90% custom-coded network (clean, performant, unique features – not just plugins slapped together)
- Classic Survival with quality-of-life twists
- Several custom minigames already live and playable
- Chill, mature, non-toxic staff team that actually enjoys playing together
We're expanding the team because launch is approaching fast. Looking for reliable, drama-free people who want to help shape something serious.
Open positions right now:
- Senior Moderators / Moderators (chat & rule enforcement, player support)
- Builders (if you can create thematic/spawn/minigame maps)
- Developers (bonus – Spigot/Paper experience, custom code comfort)
What we want from you:
- 16+ (preferred)
- Active & available regularly
- Good vibe, mature attitude, no power-tripping
- Can communicate clearly (Discord + in-game)
- Previous staff experience = big plus, but not required if you're eager and reliable
