Developer - Developer will be paid per plugin. Developer will be expected to code plugins when asked. They will not be expected right away but the quicker the better.

Web-Developer - I am only looking for one Web-Developer, their job will be a one time thing. They will be expected to create a custom enjin site for me, If they wish to continue work at MineWars I'm sure I can find something for them.

Administrator - Administrators will be in-charge of teams, these teams will consist of lower ranked staff members like Helpers And Moderators. Admins will also be expected to moderate and keep the chat and forums under control.

I have past staff experiences on a big server, Also been staff on two small servers and once i owner a server. The big server's name that I was staff on was – GotPvP I was staff there for nine months. Two months Helper,six months Moderator and one month SA (Server Admin) until I decided to resign for personal reasons and I couldn’t bare the new global Admins). If proof wanted I can link you to my Youtube channel with few Clips being staff. The small server's names that i was staff on is HellBreak from April 2014 until August 2014 I was Admin from start but the server decided to shut down due to the owner didn't get any donations to cover the hosting payments etc. The next server is SlimeCraft I was staff there from August 2014 until September 2014 I was mainly a admin/developer there due to we didn’t get any players and the owner continually ignoring my pm’s I resigned In September. The last server is where i owned a server called NexPvP, It was pretty successful it got $200 donations in less than 1-2 months but the playerbase was pretty iffy after 1 month, only staff played. The server lasted from January 2016 until March 4th.

How long can you moderate forums and the server each day:
My regular schedule during weekdays is 17:00 until 22:00 and my regular schedule during weekends is 10:00 until 22:00. Please keep in mind that this is NOT a accurate schedule, but I can definitely contribute at least 2 hours daily unless I’m in massive family issue, school finals etc.


Why you want staff on MineWars:
I am really interested in being a MineWars moderator because your servers looks like it has potential and would like to help make the server even better place for all the future players. I'm mature, confident and sensible. It is very important to me to be nice to other people and respect their opinion. I am going to be active inside the game, and I am willing to spend a lot of time on forum too (Once you get one), trying to help and advice other players. I have a decent knowledge about plugins and if not i can learn quickly. I can be a great service in the staff team and can benefit the community. How? Firstly I’m good at catching hackers which I think every staff member should have that quality. Secondly I have decent experience on being staff, I’ve been staff on multiple servers.

I'm going to be honest, indeed i've been banned on two servers but it was done intentionally. First server is where i was a former staff and it's GotPvP i was pretty addicted to the server and i couldn't ask for a request to be banned so i've just swore and advertise soon enough. Second server is MineCentral I got banned for a similar reason instead I wasn't a staff on the server. I'd be more suitable being a moderator due to my past experiences.​

My job is to monitor chat, ensure the rules are being followed on the server as well as settling minor player disputes If something happens on the server that I do not have the ability to handle, it's my responsibility to report it to an Admin or higher.

How long can you moderate forums and the server each day: I'm a very active forumer who would always be able to check forums and answer any reports or questions people may have. I do my schooling online, which is why I have all this free time to dedicate to the server. Whenever somebody would need help I would like to help them as much as i can. I can be on the server at least 3+ hours everyday.
Why you want staff on MineWars: I would like to be Admin as I enjoy helping others and wish to make the server's community a better place. I am able to spend several hours online, which will allow me to assist others in any issues that they may encounter while playing the server. I believe that I am a considerate, friendly and mature person not just in-game but in real life situations so that I am able to take what I have experienced in my past and apply it to situations that might occur on here such as profanity, heated arguments or just the general 'question and answer.
Other information: I'm currently in grade ten and do my schooling online. Doing my school online gives me the responsibility of getting my work done on time and doing my work at my own pace. Some of my hobbies would include talking to new people, playing MC, Yoga, volleyball and taking care of my animals. I have a strong passion for all animals I currently own 2 cats, 1 hedgehog and 1 leopard gecko and 3 bunnies. Taking care of my animals requires responsibility and I feel like this kind of responsibility is something I could reflect on and use on the server.
