I am selling a huge Minecraft server, it is the gamemode: Minetopia. That is a real-life gamemode where you can play like you are in real life. We have every day 20 players on he server.

One thing, a good minetopia server uses minetopiasdb. And the minetopiasdb plugin is written in Dutch. And yes I can know that since I'm a moderator of sdb.
