Although I have a team of admins that sort out banning people and the day-to-day running of the server, over the past 4 months I have been doing stuff like adding features to the server and its plugins, making the website look nicer and just generally letting the server take over my mind. Most of all, it's like I have constant unread emails that I am getting distracted by. Really, I want to be doing other stuff like making music, so that's why I am selling.
The server has a well established player base which you can view at http://minecraftservers.org/server/261591
My proof of ownership can be confirmed by logging on to the server. When you log on, you should see a link to this thread in the chat.
This is a survival server that has semi-custom plugins and custom terrain.
The server has made over $700 in donations in just over 4 months!
If you want a unique survival server with an well-established player base, good staff team, custom terrain, custom plugins and a great name then this is for you! Now is the time to buy as it is the Christmas holidays soon, and holidays mean a big spike in donations.

Grief Prevention:- the code has been modified to show different messages for first logon, golden shovel and when people ask in chat how to claim land as opposed to the same message in all those situations
- the code has been modified to allow line breaks and colour codes in the messages which I have made use of in my custom messages
- the code has been modified to include a command setting bonus claim blocks [as well as just adjusting them]
- the code has been modified to include a /playtime command that counts play time based on accrued claim blocks so doesn't count time spent AFK
(This plugin creates spawn points every 400 meters. When the area around a spawn point becomes depleted of resources or gets built around too much, new players are spawned at a different spawn point where there are enough resources and not too much building.)
- the code has been modified to include a /spawn command that takes people to the spawn point at which they spawn
- the code has been modified to make the spawn points look prettier
MineyCrafty custom plugin:
- Gives people 5 minutes of regeneration potion effect when they first join the server
- Broadcasts 'Welcome playername to MineyCrafty' when a player first joins the server (I know this can be done with other plugins, I just put it in mine because I didn't want to lagg the server up with more plugins.)
- I modified the source of a trading plugin in order to make it actually work...
