It's just my budget, I probably won't spend 10k on a server honestly, But in terms of paying I would pay half and half etc, to make sure they won't actually scam, cause it is a fair bit of money.

Whenever someone has a large budget for a server, ten thousand kids start complaining because buyers don't want to show their bank statements on an online forum.

It's only showing your balance not your personal information. I highly doubt you actually have 10k. Most people don't sell huge servers, you're better of making your own.

Due to your 10k$ budget I suggest you to start your own Network and spend that money on slots, such as Minecraft-MP premium slot, MCSL slot, TopG slot,...

I Currently have a server (play.minersminority.us) but not sure what else to do with it, perhaps go on it and give me some advise.
