MiNiGA.ME Hiring Competent Administrators (ALREADY OPEN) (PAID)

My network MiNiGA.ME (https://miniga.me/index.php) is in desperate need of active, competent administrators for our network.

Please keep in mind that our network is not typical. We do not promote people to admin after being staff for 4 weeks, and our Administrator ranks are not just overrated, buffed Moderator ranks. Administrator ranks are real administrators, with full access to a majority of commands the network utilizes.

MiNiGA.ME currently has its Season II of Factions released, and Skyblock 2.0 is coming this Saturday. We also are currently in the development process for our prison server.

Administrative Roles & Information

Note: This is a paid position. You will not receive any sort of payment until the management team is sure that you are competent as well as active. We are tired of useless staff members.

Your job as an administrator of our network will be as following:

• Moderate in-game players & chat
• Aid in backend issues (if qualified)
• Aid in staff management
  • Going through staff applications
  • Conducting staff interviews
  • Promoting/Demoting staff members
• Administrating the forums
• Dealing with donation issues
• Dealing with media figures and YouTube deals
• (ETC)

How Payment will Work

As stated above, payment will be given upon the confirmation that you are competent and active and able to do the types of jobs we need you to do.

Typical Administrative payment will start at a certain percentage of network profits, after payment to creditors and liabilities as well as server costs are handled. This can be discussed after insurance that one is a good asset for the network

Requirements

You MUST be above 15 years of age. You must be competent, and able to do your job – I expect to not have to babysit my administrators. You are required to have a decent amount of past experience, within these game modes. You MUST be able to use discord, and have an active, working microphone. I will not make exceptions for any of these, so don’t ask.

I don't feel like I should be forced to answer every question specifically when I took hours to write a well detailed resume about myself answering more than the format asks for.

If you want to work for someone else, you do what they say not what you feel. I get that you made a resume, and if they only ask for things about you this is great, but if they specificly provide a template in which to apply with, (as an administrator who DEALS WITH APPLICATIONS for Gods sake) you should know to fill it out because that is what they want to know about you.

Administrators do not handle applications, that is the Staff Managers job.

I honestly completely agree that this was a lazy move, but it is in the end the owner's choice on what to do and you have to obey him if you are going to work for him.

I am a Staff Member of Minigame, I am here representing the server, not to trash the thread. So, if you don't have anything nice to say, please, hop off this thread. Your comments are useless unless you're interested in this position, and by all means, I can always speak to Ryan about not hiring you. Simple as that.

Just trying to help. Also considering you are only a Sr. Mod you have NOTHING to do with the application process and there is nothing pointing to me that you know what you're talking about. All I was trying to do was help point out what I thought was a flaw in an applicant, who I now see was right the whole time and I'm sorry for that. Y'all are being lazy by making him submit an email and when you deny simple help, you are just being stupid and being rude about it makes it even worse.
