Minigame - Network. Requesting Devs

Requesting developers to code a main hub plugin, and a minigame plugin. The hub plugin will be seperate from the minigame plugin. The minigame is quite simple. The hub plugin will have two varations. The first will be for the actual hub/lobby, and the second will be created inside of the minigame plugin for the waiting lobby.

I will also need an extra plugin with some misc things, very simple things. I do not have a budget, I want to get quotes from people first.

play/mc.pm-mc.com -- Go play their agar.io minigame. Our minigame is about like that, in terms of complexity.

I could do something like this for really cheap! But, I would be using skript instead of java. I can basically do the exact same thing it is just easier code language.

Yes, I am familiar with Skript. Can you do the minigame plugin in Skript? If so, how much?

I find "Applications" very un-professional and such a Minecraft term. I a lot of Developers I know don't fill out applications because they are useless and tell you nothing about a person. For future reference stay away from Applications but rather discuss details and ask questions in a "Interview" fashion. Anyways,
