Mining plugin like hypixel

Hello, I'm currently working on a RPG server and I need a plugin similar to the one used on the Skyblock minigame from Hypixel. I already looked on many places for one that suits my needs, didn't find one that have all of them.

I need to be able to:

- Customizable everything in game through a menu
- Configure the blocks and drops from the blocks(quantity, name, lore etc);
- Create specific areas. Mining areas, farming areas and foraging areas;
- Prevent breaking blocks that aren't configured on that area(For example on a mining area with stone, cobblestone and andesite, make that only the stone and cobblestone are breakables);
- Have rare blocks, just like on the Dwarven Mines on Skyblock, where there's a chance that a rare block, for instance, titanium, to appear and drop special items;
Basically have all the features that u can see on the mining areas of hypixel skyblock
