Mining Plugin

Hello,

I am looking to get a plugin made that will act similar to the ore regen on Hypixel Skyblock - the plugin must;

1. Integrate with world guard to allow only specific regions to regen ores

2. Have a config that will allow components of the plugin to be modified (regen time, block that regenerates, etc.)

3. A random chance (set in the config) for a item (set in the config) to drop when the player has a permission node

4. The ability to set what blocks will regen, and what blocks wont

5. An option in the config to have each separate ore generate in its block formation (iron ore -> iron block)

Hey, just to kind of help you out discords are very particular about capitalization. So I would change that up to the correct all lower case capitalization.
