would it be possible to make a custom enchant that increases pretty much reach for pickaxes? Like if you have the 5 levels of the enchant then you can reach an extra 3 blocks while mining or nah? I need a prison plugin for custom mining enchants. Need to incorporate explosive, a downwards excavation, and this one if possible.

I'm pretty sure you can do this, but it might mess with some anti-cheats. I can contact you though and possibly see what is in our possible doing though!
