Mining spawners in enemy territory

Looking for a plugin that allows members to silk mine spawners in enemy territories. Im using SavageFactions.

Can't you just remove MOB_SPAWNER from protected materials in config?
And if you have silk spawners and since it shouldn't interrupt the block breaking everything will work fine.

There is no MOB_SPAWNER in protected materials.
