Mining Tokens Plugin (Hooks into my custom Token Plugin)

Hi, I am looking for a plugin, that will hook into my current token enchant plugin. I have a 100% custom made Token Enchant Plugin, and I thought, what a better way to earn more tokens, than by mining, since it is a Semi-OP Prison server. So, I am wondering if someone could make me a plugin, that is 100% configurable in the config. What I would like the config to look like:

Mine Tokens:
100:
- 10 tokens
command: /ct give {name} <amount>
message: (message to player goes here)
500:
- 20 tokens
command: /ct give {name} <amount>
message: (message to player goes here)

I would like for you to make it so I can add as many as I want to it. Hense the reason why I wanna be able to add the command in ON MY OWN! (500 = blocks mined) (20 = tokens they will get). Also, within the config, you can add in a custom message for me to make so it will say in chat (VIA a PM) "&a&lCongrats! &cYou have mined "X" blocks, here is 10 tokens!

I am no developer, so I do not know if the format I gave will work, however edit it to make ti work, but try and keep it how I have it as best as you can.

I am not sure what this is going to cost, so let me know if you can do it, and what you would charge for this to be done. Deadline - Wednesday.
