Vouch! Received a trial copy of their services and it went well! The owner of this company is nice and helpful, though there are a few bugs concerning the panels and such, but overall it's awesome!
Just to clarify, their services are located in Sweden and I believe there is only 1 IP, so there is probably no dedicated port.

Each server is different. So i can't really say that. Anyway i can say that we don't lag.
Note that we are a budget host, not a premium.
