This domain belonged to a project of mine that I no longer wish it continue, I think the name it self has great potential and I would rather have someone else enjoy it then to let it be unused.

This comes as a stand-alone domain, so no server files or website.

No this is not possible, the server setup and website both use quite a lot of resources from other authors, which was an investment of about $80/$100, making it not really worth it since I can't include them. (builds, configurations etc.)

Unless the person that's interested wants to purchase all of those resources required as well, but I highly doubt that. (If you are that person, send me a DM and I will send you a list of all resources needed.)
